Updates to Garry's Mod have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The specific changes include:

Added Quick List icons
Now loads custom particles properly
Fixed crash on join when scriptenforce enabled
Fixed recoil problems with some sweps when high ping
Fixed AddConsoleCommand exploits
