Updates to Garry's Mod have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The specific changes include:

Fixed rr_reloadresponsesystems exploit
Fixed +gm_special server crash exploit
Fixed other misc exploits
Fixed water overlay on everyone's screen if RT camera underwaterServer no longer tries to send Lua files which the client should already have
