Better news for Germany, customers there can purchase the full game today for 10% off while customers in the rest of the world (except North America) can
pre-purchase the game for 10% off until March 6th, when they game is released.
North American customers get their shot at pre-purchase around the 13th, with the game releasing there on March 20th.
