- fixed a bug when names were not showing up properly in game
- create game: only for premium or for 40+ levels
- end of round: show message if you played in practice game
- fixed grenades\rockets\mines not working
- show no reward message if killed someone at spawn point
- fixed an issue with random disconnects
- fixed a bug that sabotage games had no passwords
